1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SVS96. By accessing, registering, or using any part of the SVS96 platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other digital channel — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and SVS96 ("Platform", "We"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the SVS96 platform.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use SVS96's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Be an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a resident or citizen of any country or territory where online gaming activities are fully prohibited under local law.
• Has never been banned, suspended, or barred from using the SVS96 platform previously.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.

SVS96 takes a serious approach to ensuring this platform is only used by eligible individuals. We conduct ongoing checks and reserve the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

3Registration and Account Management

3.1 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Required details include your full name, phone number, email address, and date of birth. SVS96 is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate information provided by members.

3.2 One Account Per Member

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at SVS96. Holding multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or devices — is a serious violation of these terms.

• All duplicate accounts detected will be terminated without notice.
• All balances, bonuses, and wins in those accounts will be forfeited.
• The member in question may be permanently banned from the platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. SVS96 recommends using a strong password and never sharing your account information with anyone. Please contact our customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

SVS96 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our commitment to security and fraud prevention. You may be asked to submit the following documents:

• A valid copy of your identity card or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a delayed withdrawal or temporary account suspension.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

SVS96 accepts deposits via a range of supported payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, GrabPay, local bank transfers, and selected cryptocurrencies. All deposits are processed in real time or within a short timeframe depending on the chosen payment method.

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 10 for most payment methods.
• Successful deposits cannot be reversed once credited to the gaming account.
• SVS96 does not charge any processing fees on member deposits.
• You may only deposit funds from legitimate sources that belong to you.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal of winnings is processed by SVS96 promptly once all conditions are met. Processing time depends on the chosen withdrawal method and your account verification status.

• The minimum withdrawal is MYR 30.
• Withdrawals exceeding a certain limit require completed KYC verification.
• SVS96 reserves the right to require that withdrawals be processed through the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

4.3 Currency

All transactions at SVS96 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Any required currency conversion is subject to the prevailing exchange rate set by our payment providers.

5Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount received, or the bonus amount plus deposit, depending on the promotion type.

6Game Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

6.2 Game Results

The outcome of all games at SVS96 is final. Any dispute regarding a game result must be submitted within 72 hours of the incident. SVS96 reserves the right to review game records, and our decision in such matters is final.

• Technical issues occurring during a game — including internet connection disruptions — do not void the results of games that have already been completed.
• If a game is interrupted before completion due to a server-side issue at SVS96, the wager will be fully refunded to the member's account.
• SVS96 is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connection issues on the player's end.

6.3 Betting Limits

SVS96 sets minimum and maximum betting limits for each game. These limits are subject to change and members are advised to check the current limits before starting a gaming session.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the SVS96 platform and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Fraud and Forgery: Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Money Laundering: Using the SVS96 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts, colluding between accounts, or using unauthorised methods to obtain additional bonuses.
• Hacking Attempts: Attempting to access SVS96 systems, servers, or databases without authorisation.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, automated scripts, or any third-party software to play or exploit the system.
• Threats and Harassment: Threatening, harassing, or acting abusively toward SVS96 staff or other members.
• Tax Evasion and Default: Using your SVS96 account to evade tax obligations or legitimate debts.

8Privacy and Data Protection

SVS96 takes member privacy seriously. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data are governed by Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Your personal data is collected solely for the purposes of platform operations, identity verification, and legal compliance.
• SVS96 does not sell or share members' personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

9Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SVS96 is not liable for:

• Any actions by third parties, including internet service providers or payment providers.

10Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by Member

You may terminate your SVS96 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to termination, please ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

10.2 Termination by SVS96

SVS96 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failed to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from statutory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Account inactive beyond the specified period.

10.3 Effects of Termination

When an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, SVS96 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and wins held in that account. For terminations requested by the member with no breach involved, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal.

11Amendment of Terms and Conditions

SVS96 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available on this page with the most recent update date.

12Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration before pursuing court action.
